The first in a series of phone workshops on major DA topics will be on Saturday April 11th, 4pm EST. The first workshop will be on Pressure Relief Groups.
The PRG workshop will include a short PRG happening live on the phone conference, so everyone can listen in. The PRG will be given by 2 experienced and abstinent DA members. Then there will be a Q & A when anyone on the phone call can ask questions about the PRG process. There will also be open sharing (3 minutes each). Finally, we will attempt to connect people who need PRG’s with people willing to give them.
The conference call is expected to last around 2 hours. The dial-in number and access code will be announced later.
7th Tradition contributions will be requested from those that can afford them, however no one should be deterred from attending for financial reasons. Our only requirement for membership is a desire to stop incurring unsecured debt.
Planned topics for future workshops include Sponsorship, Abstinence, Record-keeping, Visions, and Dealing with Creditors.
